Parent Drop off/Pick up Procedure

DROP OFF (8:05-8:20)
ALL traffic will enter the Elementary School parking lot.  All parent drop off vehicles will stay to the right and proceed to the back black top area and form a line around the perimeter, stopping at door #10.  A staff member will open the car door and escort your child into the building. Please arrive no earlier than 8:00 for drop-off.  For student safety, we ask that you do not park and walk your child to the building.  All buses and vans will proceed to the left bus lane and have priority for unloading and departure.

PICK UP (2:40-2:50)
ALL traffic will enter the Elementary School parking lot. All parent drop off vehicles will stay to the right and proceed to the back black top area and form a line around the perimeter stopping at door #10.  A staff member will escort your child to your car.  Please arrive no earlier than 2:35 for pick-up.  Buses and vans will proceed to the left hand bus lane and will have priority for loading and departure.

Given the recent change in this procedure, we ask that no one is walking on the back black top area during drop off or pick up time to ensure everyone’s safety. 

Dismissal & Bus Notes
If you plan to dismiss your child or if your child is taking a different bus for childcare purposes, please send a note in with your child.  The note will be sent to the office and will assure your child will be in the proper location during dismissal.
